Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. For overseas orders, it is highly encouraged to order the PDF version of notes and worksheets to prevent your items being lost in the mail during the shipping process.


In store pickup is available during business hours at Focus Chemistry, Balmoral Plaza, Bukit Timah Rd, #02-11 271, 259708. When you want to pick up the notes or worksheets, please drop us a WhatsApp message or email to do so. When you come by Focus Chemistry, please have your order confirmation email with you so your order can be processed smoothly.


There is a $20 flat rate for delivery of notes island-wide in Singapore. 


For overseas delivery, please drop us a WhatsApp message with details of your location and address so that shipping can be charged accordingly. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and you will be informed accordingly. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Focus Chemistry is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.


When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (for local delivery only), please contact us at with your name, title of the things you have ordered, and your order number, and we will look into it.


Refund Policy

For local deliveries only, we accept returns up to 5 days after pickup or delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and photo proof of the item’s condition.
